EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
The Arizona Department of Public Safety’s Citizen Academy is a free program of presentations and activities designed to provide an inside look at our law enforcement operations. The Citizen Academy aims to provide insight into police practices and services while building strong community partnerships. These relationships will allow a better understanding of law enforcement’s role and how it impacts Arizona’s citizens.

18th Annual Day of Champions
BENEFITING SPECIAL OLYMPICS ARIZONA
The Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) annually joins to raise funds for Special Olympics Arizona. This is a special time for our employees to work together to support an important cause. The 18th Annual Day of Champions occurred on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at the Department’s headquarters at 2102 W Encanto Blvd, Phoenix.
A big shout out and thank you to our sponsors for their generous donations, which exceeded $17,000 for Special Olympics Arizona..
