Arthur C started out in 1999, when he worked in the marketing departmentfor one of the most important clubs in Panama, Rock Cafe, collaborating in theplanning for the famous parties Space@Rock Cafe, where big names likeTiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Sander Kleinenberg among others made their rstappearance in Panama. One day, after all the big names that played at the club, he had one big dreamand he told himself, "I can also do this!"
