Red Monk

Red Monk is a Latin American producer and multi-instrumentalist with a jazz and classical music composition background who graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He has worked in the composition of multiple film-scores. The blending of different genres such as jazz, pre-hispanic and classical music is what gives Red Monk his signature sound; preferring the use of live looping techniques while playing an an array of Latin American instruments and synthesizers. As his name implies, Red Monk‘s mission is to take the listener through a quasi-spiritual journey through music and sounds that are deeply ingrained within the human psyche by blending organic antique as well as modern sounds.
