CARDO (MIA)

Ricardo Gonzalez, CARDO (MIA), was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to South Florida when he was three years old. Although he was gifted a two-track Traktor mixer when he was about eleven, CARDO wouldn't begin his musical journey until almost ten years later, after attending Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival in 2018. Back in college, CARDO started down the road of becoming a professional DJ and producer, debuting his first set at a groundbreaking underground music and art collaboration called "The Lab,” and eventually joining forces to help facilitate a renegade camp that travels across the southeast playing at different festivals and burns. CARDO now calls Miami his home while focusing on perfecting his studio craft. He dabbles in a variety of genres but enjoys mostly playing deep tech
