We want to honor and thank our AMAZING Duster teachers today with a little diddy from ChatGPT:
Ode to Our Duster Teachers
In Honor of Teacher Appreciation Day
In the heart of the Oklahoma plains,
Where the winds dance wild and free,
There’s a school that shines through sun and storm—
That’s Beaver, home to Dusters, proudly.
Out here in No Man’s Land we stand,
Where the dust rolls wide and skies expand,
And though the world may call us small,
Our hearts and hopes are ten feet tall.
Our teachers, like a gentle gust,
Sweep through halls with quiet grace,
Planting seeds in rural soil,
Bringing light to every face.
They weather more than just the dust,
With courage, heart, and steady hand,
They lift us up with every lesson,
Like small whirlwinds across the land.
They wear a dozen hats a day—
A coach, a nurse, a guide, a friend,
A counselor, a cheerleader,
Their talents never seem to end.
They are the heart, the soul, the spark,
That keeps us going when days are dark.
With grit and grace, they lead the way,
And brighten every single day.
From chalkboards, books, and morning greets,
To after-hours, unseen care,
They build a world of hope and pride—
A gift beyond what most compare.
Though we’re small, we’re strong and mighty,
With roots that run both deep and true,
And it’s all because our Duster teachers
Give their best in all they do.
So here’s our heartfelt shout today—
To the BEST in all the state,
You shape the storm with steady love,
And for that, we celebrate!
WE LOVE OUR TEACHERS, today and every day!
