How To Measure Your Wrist
How To Measure Your Wrist
- Get a Soft Measuring Tape: If you don’t have one, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and measure it with a ruler.
- Wrap It Around Your Wrist: Place the measuring tape (or string) just above the wrist joint, where you’d wear a watch. Make sure it’s snug but not too tight.
- Read the Measurement: If you’re using a string, mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler to get the measurement in centimetres or inches.
- Check Sizing Guidelines: Most wrist braces will have a size chart (e.g., small, medium, large) based on your wrist circumference. Compare your measurement to the chart to find the best fit.
If your wrist is swollen or tender, you may want to add a little extra room to ensure comfort. For most braces, a snug fit is ideal for support, but it shouldn’t restrict circulation.
This wrist and thumb brace offers effective support for thumb CMC joint pain, arthritis, sprains, and repetitive strain injuries while allowing full use of your fingers. Made from high-quality perforated neoprene with a soft terrycloth liner, it provides gentle compression to ease discomfort and keep your skin cool and comfortable during everyday use.
The unique padded strap wraps securely around the thumb for advanced CMC joint stability, while the breathable, antimicrobial, and latex-free design ensures long-term comfort and hygiene. Fully washable and durable, this brace is ideal for managing arthritis, tendinitis, and joint instability, helping you stay supported and pain-free.

It’s ok but not as good as my other one, the style is cut differently.
Very pleased with the quality item and gives good support.

Too big!
Sorry to hear that Carol. We would be more than happy to offer an exchange for a smaller size.

This works fine initially and is ok for short term use (I have arthritis and need to use it regularly). The problem quickly comes with the last area of hook/loop securing. This only lasts a short while, the furry backing becoming quickly 'tired' and ineffective. I've taken to stitching on a piece of Velcro (furry part) to extend the life. Given that the splint is just shy of £30 to buy I would have hoped for something more robust.
