Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 F. Mix dru ingredients with a whisk. Baking
powder must be evenly distributed ! Cut butter into biscuits
with a fork or pastry blender to pea size.
Add milk to center of flour mix all at once, stir vigorously to
form sticky mass that is starting to free itself from the sides
of the bowl.
Turn out onto floured surface. Press dough with hands into 1/2"
thick disk. Cut into rounds and arrange closely together in a
straight sided pan.
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown speckles start to appear on
the top of the biscuits.
