Suggest a better descriptionHeat 2 tbsp of oil in a sauce pan at medium heat and saluted onions for 2 or 3 minutes.
Place meat in the pan, mix with the onions, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add milk and cook uncovered until liquid evaporates.
Add garlic, pepper, pimentón and salt.
Cook for 2 more minutes and set aside.
Chop olives and eggs and add to the pan.
Preferably put in the fridge for a few hours.
Set a spoonful of meat on each empanada and fold. There is no need to seal the borders.
Heat up 2 tbsp in a frying pan.
Set folded Empanadas and fry for a minutes on each side.
Serve immediately.
