1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees, adjust oven rack to lower third of oven. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
2) Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 3 minutes. Add beef and mushrooms and cook, breaking apart beef with wooden spoon, until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato, parsley, thyme ,oregano, chile powder, salt, and pepper, cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
3) Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Top crust evenly with beef mixture, then with haloumi. Bake until cheese melts and crust is crisp, 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges.
