New recipe with more taste and is low sodium.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar.
3. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, then spread over top of meatloaf. Barbeque sauce can be substituted.
4. Bake for 1 hour, until center is 160 degrees or higher.
5. Remove from oven and let cool in pan. Cover and store in refrigerator.
