Refreshing, tasty green salad
In a bowl, add washed greens, grated carrots, chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. Mix with a light hand until all ingredients are incorporated.
Transfer ingredients to the serving/eating dish. Place sliced onions over the fresh salad, the hearts of palm over the onions and the cheese over the entire salad. Salad dressing is not necessarily needed here.
