Sandwell

Sandwell is a metropolitan borough made up of six towns - Oldbury, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich. It's one of four boroughs in the area known as the Black Country and is part of the wider West Midlands. Sandwell is bordered by the city of Birmingham and the boroughs of Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton. According to the 2011 census, it has a population of 309,000
