We have visited Cavtat many times and love it.
We have visited Cavtat many times and love it. Unfortunately since entering the Euro it has become very expensive. Also haven’t been in September before and won’t be doing it again, the mosquito/ bug situation was horrendous!

Cilipi is a little village about a mile from the airport...
Cilipi is a little village about a mile from the airport there is a church a small museum two cafes and a restaurant it is very quiet most of the time but you can hear the planes landing occasionally but that is not really a problem.

Lovely walks along the bay and plenty of options for eating and drinks. Pleasantly busy but not crowded or noisy. Good options for trips into Dubrovnik and lovely scenic valley inland of the airport which is near but you don't get the planes flying overhead.

In the beautiful Konavle valley, not far from Dubrovnik, Čilipi has a small but interesting ethnographic museum across the square from St. Nicholas church. Try to time your stay to see the folk dancing. A short drive away you will find the Sokol Grad fortress and a restored Rector's residence. Be sure to visit the amazing Konavoski Dvor restaurant.

Lovely location for a nice break. Ideal location to get to old town via bus or water taxi. Cavtat is full of lovely restaurants and you won’t be stuck for places to have a drink or food while you watch the fantastic sunsets.

Room was clean. Website says has restaurant with a la cart menu…. since it was Sunday and we were the only guests, manager offered to cook spaghetti which I don’t eat…and referred us to a pizza place, which turned out to be good . Breakfast was personally cooked for us since we were the only guests. Most stores nearby were closed because it was Sunday. Location to airport was good. Would recommend ONLY as an airport hotel.

From $89 per nightSuch a beautiful hotel in central old town! The room was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful. We also used the transport service to get to and from Dubrovnik Airport and arranging that with the staff was very easy. We wish we stayed here more than one night. We'll definitely be back in the future.
