We felt secluded in a good way and enjoyed our privacy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower and hot water in the bathroom was immediate and strong. The staff were friendly and assisted us whenever we needed it, replacing towels, lighting the gas fireplace, etc. The gas fireplace outside made for a very cosy enclosed and private evening area to enjoy the sunset. This accommodation suited my husband as I as were had very easy access to the beachfront area to exercise with other locals. We would stay here again.

Staff was awesome. Room was very nice and a great view. On,y issue was being on the top floor…the heat and air conditioning units were on the roof right above rooms and they hummed very very loudly into the room. Trying to sleep with that was alittle difficult.

We stayed on the third floor. Room was spacious, and had fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. It was walking distance to nice breakfast/lunch cafes and sports bar. Parking was free and there were a lot spaces. We’d definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was well-equipped with lots of options and the staff who services the breakfast area was very friendly. The room was large and the hotel was easily accessible from the freeway.

The hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated and were clean and inviting. The staff as well as house keeping were welcoming and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay. We got up late each morning and missed the breakfast being served. It was nice they have a laundry facility to use.

Was such a treat! I asked for early check in and even tho they were busy packed the night prior, they still found a way to accommodate! This place goes above and beyond!

Just off Interstate 5, The Volare offers views of the ocean and is walking distance to shops and restaurants on Del Mar, the main street in Downtown San Clemente.
