Hotel manager( Mr. Marco) is very polite, friendly, helpful as well as Mr Mario. All of the staff are great and they care about customer satisfaction.

Well situated in the San Lorenzo district of Florence, II Guelfo Bianco is set less than 1 km from Piazza della Signoria, a 6-minute walk from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 200 metres from... Room was comfortable, ladies at reception was very welcoming,they informed all the hints about Florence.Breakfast selection was enough..We were planning to stay somewhere else but canceled our reservation and decided to extend here in this hotel.

The whole stay was absolutely perfect! All the staff were lovely and did an amazing job at making us feel special for our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety each day. The bar was great and the cocktails were incredible! The room was extremely comfortable and absolutely spotless. We also loved the history of the building and the decor was lovely. Location was perfect for arriving by train - just a short ride on the vaporetto followed by a very short walk, also the perfect location for exploring everything Venice has to offer. We will definitely be back, a very special place!
