Brady’s West highest priority is customer service. We are dedicated to growing and providing healthy, beautiful trees and shrubs to all of our customers. When a tree or shrub is purchased from Brady’s West, we guarantee it for 1 year from date of purchase with no questions asked. If it dies, we will replace it for 50% of the retail price of the plant. Our staff will work with you to determine the cause of death to ensure that it is not an ongoing issue. Brady’s West does not offer refunds on warrantied plant material. Replacement with plants of lesser value than the original plant may be purchased for 50% of their retail price. Our guarantee covers only trees and shrubs; it does not include perennials, annuals, herbs, vegetables, houseplants, other plants, or discounted plants sold by Brady’s West. Planting fees, delivery charges, and all other associated fees for the installation of a tree or shrub are non-refundable.
