Credit & Debit Cards

At Brilliance, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover. When you place an order, we will authorize your card and verify its fund availability.

Your security and peace of mind are our priorities. To ensure this, we have partnered with Signifyd, a leading provider of fraud protection services. Signifyd's advanced technology ensures that your online transactions are secure, protecting you from fraudulent activities.

In some cases, if the information provided does not match the records held by your bank or credit card company, we may contact you to request additional information. These precautions are in place to protect your information and prevent fraudulent use of your card.

Wire Transfer

Brilliance offers a 2% discount for all orders paid by wire transfer. You will receive an email with full instructions on how to complete the wire transfer after placing your order. If we do not receive your wire transfer within 5 days of placing your order, the order will be canceled.

Some banks may charge a small processing fee for a wire transfer. It can take from 2 to 48 hours for domestic transfers to complete. When the funds have been received from your bank, we will send a confirmation email and will complete the processing of your order.

For orders over $30,000, we request that a wire transfer is used as the method of payment. If you prefer to use a credit card for orders over $30,000, please contact a Brilliance representative at 866-737-0754.

Low Price Guarantee

Brilliance offers the highest quality products at the lowest prices guaranteed. If you happen to find an item of identical size and quality at a lower price, we will beat it. Please note that it is under the sole discretion of Brilliance to determine if an item is of identical size and quality (the listing must also be current and applied to the product at the time of order). Additionally, a low price guarantee can not be combined with a discount or coupon code.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address/zip code where your order will be delivered. International orders are subject to the duties and taxes of the destination country.

PayPal Checkout

PayPal™ is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows you to use any payment method you prefer, including a credit card, bank account, buyer credit, or PayPal account balance, without sharing financial information. Click on the PayPal payment button on the bottom of the Shopping Cart and you will be redirected to PayPal's secured Checkout to complete your transaction. Any addresses that are not confirmed by PayPal will be not be shipped. If your address is not confirmed on PayPal, please feel free to use our other payment options.

Many orders are also eligible to be paid with PayPal Credit which can give you up to 36 months to pay for a purchase (choose the PayPal option when Checking Out online).

International Order

For international orders, we accept payment via Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer. All items in your Shopping Cart are listed in US dollars. Please note that currency exchange rates may fluctuate based on your card issuer or bank institution. Any applicable duties or VAT taxes are the customer's responsibility. Check or Money Order

Brilliance also accepts payment by money order and bank check. We will complete processing of your order when the check or money order has cleared our bank. For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your information.
