Of course, I surfed some internet depth to find the info about the broker. As they were regulated in the EU and had a good reputation, I signed up. Trading terms are relatively the same like everywhere. For me, major advantages of trading here were cool analytical and education resources, especially webinars. Also, the direct access to tradingview platform.

Spreads are floating, but were consistently low for me. Helps a lot when trading in the volatile markets right now. Even stocks are actilng like memecoins pretty much. No big increase in spreads during news events, opening/closing + near-instant execution are the 2 highlights of xm right now for me.
This is the one I have been looking for throughout my trading career. A handy app, It allows me to make trades efficiently, keep track of positions and quickly access trading tools.Design is intuitive

I think for the forex intraday trade, this is one of the most decent options. You can simply apply high leverage, wisely open the trades, when spreads are tighter and rely on always ready customer support, in case of urgent accidents. Overall, this broker is suitable for forex trading, but you need to be careful with high leverage…

The customer support staff make sure to be available every working day and they always have time to respond to clients and they do that quickly. They also communicate through different channels and different languages.

The trading conditions are okay. Not the best I've seen, but definitely not bad either.

I switched to Axi because of their ECN-like spreads on the Pro account. So far, it's working out well.

I trade mostly GBPJPY, I follow the charts everyday. Been trading it for years now, and have tried different platforms. It's not the only instrument I trade, but it is my main one. The average spread for this pair is around 4 pips with most of the brokers. Why I stick with IronFX is because the spreads is much better with the Premium account - 3.5 pips most of the time. But it would mean anything if the broker was not reliable and trusty, and ironfx proved to be one.

The customer service at RoboForex has impressed me on multiple occasions. I contacted them a few times via live chat and email, and the support agents were always polite and quick to help. One time I had a minor issue with my deposit reflecting late, and they resolved it in under an hour. It gives me confidence knowing there's support when needed.
