Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for orders over $49.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number. 

Rush Orders

If available, Purolator Express is usually the best carrier option for overnight orders to most urban areas. 

Rush orders usually ship the same day when the order is placed before 2-3pm EST. While the website inventory is usually accurate, we recommend confirming stock in advance if same day shipping is critical for your rush order. 

Please note that any delay related to the carrier is outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be calculated at checkout. 

 

Local pickup

Orders can be picked up the same day at our warehouse in Concord, Ontario. If your pick up is urgent, please confirm stock in advance. After placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email that you would like to pick up your order. Our team will reply when your order is ready for pick up. 

Our warehouse pickup hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order shipped notification within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also reply to your order confirmation.

GMAIL Users: Please check your Promotions tab for our notification emails.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use UPS, Purolator and Fed Ex who will not deliver to a PO box. If you require your shipment to be shipped to a PO box, please email [email protected] requesting us to ship Canada Post. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Starting a Return
