1) Who we are

CANARIRURAL is a booking center that manages rural accommodations throughout the Canary Islands.

Our offer only includes accommodations with a quality standard previously checked by our team to ensure that all accommodations meet the minimum requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction. Our offer consists of LEGAL rural houses, endorsed by the Cabildo de Tenerife and that meet all the requirements established in the Decree Law 18/1998 of March 5.

Our goal is to provide a wide range of rural accommodations in the Canary Islands for all nature and tranquility lovers in a rural environment.

2) Prices

The prices of the accommodations are indicated per night. The detailed price (per person, seasons...) can be found on the information sheet of each accommodation.

The price includes the variable costs of the house (electricity, water, gas, bed linen, and towels).

All prices indicated on the website are prices with taxes included.

Rural houses are usually rented by the week. However, on the information sheet of each establishment, we have specified the minimum stay accepted, although this cannot be confirmed in many cases until 1 week before arrival or must be consulted in high season.

3) Rural houses

All houses have bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels. Products such as soap, detergent, dishwasher, toilet paper, etc. will not be provided in the rural house.

Rural houses can be occupied from 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless previously and mutually agreed between the client and (the person in charge of) the accommodation.

4) Pre-payment

To formalize a reservation, it is necessary to make the due prepayment within the period indicated on the reservation sheet. If this period is exceeded, the reservation will not be binding and will be automatically canceled. The prepayment amount may vary depending on the type of accommodation. Each reservation sheet specifies the applicable conditions. Normally the remaining amount of the stay payment will be paid in cash at the time of key delivery at the beginning of the stay, but it may also be necessary to pay by bank transfer 7 days before arrival. Therefore, we ask you to observe the payment method indicated in your reservation confirmation.

5) Cancellation

By the client:

You can cancel your reservation at any time prior to the start of it. The cancellation must be communicated in writing (email, fax, or letter).

In the event of a reservation cancellation, cancellation fees will be applied, the amount of which will depend on the cancellation notice period.

The following are the applicable cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation between 7 and 15 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation between 4 and 6 days before the day of arrival: 75% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation up to 4 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation on the same day of arrival or in case of no-show, the total rental price will be charged.

By CanariRural

CanariRural may cancel a reservation for reasons beyond its control or force majeure, being obliged to offer an alternative accommodation similar to the one reserved or to refund the client the total amount of the deposit received.

6) Client

The client must examine the inventory of the house upon arrival and communicate to CanariRural any defect within 24 hours so that it can be rectified. Likewise, any other complaint regarding the accommodation or service must be reported without delay.

Claims made later will not be taken into consideration or be subject to subsequent compensation.

The client agrees to make good use of the accommodation and all the belongings that belong to it and to communicate any possible damages that were caused by him during his stay, being obliged to replace them. The accommodation must be delivered in good cleaning conditions.

The use of the accommodation and the land that belongs to it as well as the pool is the responsibility of the client, neither the property nor canarirural.com being responsible for any misuse that may be given.

The use of the facilities is exclusive to the people staying in the rural house, the entry of guests or people not included in the reservation is not allowed.

Canarirural.com is committed to the conservation of the environment. As an "environmentally friendly" company, it promotes the establishment of good environmental practices in all the accommodations offered on this website, thus contributing to the development of ecotourism in the Canary Islands.

By making a reservation at CanariRural, the user accepts that the provided data, including the WhatsApp number and email, can be used to send relevant information about their stay, as well as to receive future promotions and offers. The user can manage their subscription at any time.
