Applying at Our Schools Applications are continuously accepted by our school through our online enrollment system, SchoolMint. You can now apply online for the 2024-2025 school year with your computer, smartphone, or tablet! For additional information on applying for the upcoming school year, please contact our Enrollment Department at 904-406-1607 ext. 1124 or 1125. Open Enrollment and Lottery All applications submitted within will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment. If the number of applications submitted within the Open Enrollment period exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, and the random lottery will be processed to determine who is offered a seat at the school. Lottery results will be emailed to the address entered into the application as well as posted on your SchoolMint Dashboard. For more information regarding lottery preferences, enrollment, and registration, please read our Lottery Rules and Procedures. Enrolling with our Online Registration Once an applicant has been offered a seat at our school, please log in via the SchoolMint Dashboard to complete the three-step registration process. First, accept the offer within 5 calendar days. Second, complete the registration online via the School Dashboard within 14 calendar days of accepting the offer. Third, upload the required documents within 14 business days of accepting the offer. If you are unable to upload the documents, please call the enrollment department at the school for a time to bring them in. We are happy to assist you! Required Enrollment Documents:
Controlled Border Enrollment Clay Charter accepts students from all local counties, including Clay and Duval. Florida has an open borders policy. Controlled Open Enrollment allows a parent from any school district in the state to enroll his or her child in and transport his or her child to any public school, including charter schools, that has not reached capacity. STUDENT CAPACITY (SEAT AVAILABILITY) BY GRADE LEVEL AS OF THIS QUARTER Below is our student capacity/seat availability, by grade level. We are required to update this information every 12 weeks --please note that the capacity number may change during the 12-week period as family members may withdraw or new families apply. We suggest you go ahead and apply if you are interested to at the very least be added to the school's waiting list if there's no current availability and/or reach out to our school for the status. |
