Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of receipt.

Prior to returning the item please email [email protected] with the reason for the return to obtain approval. once you have approval please send your item to: Cocofina Limited, 65 Swakeleys Road, Ickenham, UB10 8DQ, United Kingdom., Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will then process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
