We offer mental health counseling and other services to adults in Pierce County. All services are tailored to individuals’ and their families’ needs and are focused on each individual’s strengths and aspirations. Services include:

Monday and Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday:
8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How do I access counseling?
Psychiatry is the branch of medicine focused on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.
Our team includes psychiatrists, medical doctors who specialize in psychiatric and substance use disorders, and psychiatric nurse practitioners — advanced practice nurses with additional training to treat mental health problems..
Our psychiatric team assesses clients' needs, develops treatment plans, conducts client sessions, and prescribes and manages medications.
As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), CLR is committed to providing culturally competent services for active-duty military members, veterans, and their families.
In addition to establishing referral pathways with local Veterans Administration clinics and facilities, CLR has contracted with
Steven A. Cohen Veterans Family Clinic at Valley Cities to support these efforts. Our staff benefit from regular training and consultation from Cohen Veterans Network staff and partner around service delivery across our joint clinics.
Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a state-funded, evidence-based practice designed to reduce hospital, emergency services, and jail utilization. PACT teams serve people with severe mental illness who frequently need psychiatric care or other crisis services. CLR is one of five organizations selected in 2020 to run a PACT team.

We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic with a team of therapists, doctors, peers and technicians who provide counseling, medical, dental, and life skills support to provide the people we serve tools to create their own paths toward mental wellness.
