Day 1 Friday
Depart in the morning for Swindon, Wiltshire – you have a choice now; you can visit the MacArthur Glen outlet shopping village or cross the road to visit STEAM, the Museum of the GWR (entry included) or you can visit both. There are many opportunities for a drink and bite to eat before we continue to our nearby hotel, the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Swindon. 2 nights stay – dinner, bed and breakfast. Tea/coffee and cookie on arrival.
Day 2 Saturday
This morning we head for Longleat House and Safari Park. We have time to explore around the fascinating house and then discover some of the stars of TV’s ‘Animal Park’ in the world-famous Safari Park. Things become furrier and growlier through the day!
B, DDay 3 Sunday
After breakfast today we make our way to Royal Windsor. You will have some free time to enjoy this lovely town, after we have dropped you near the Castle, you could perhaps do a red bus tour or go down to the busy riverside before we start our journey home in the afternoon

A very popular touring area where we have put together an itinerary with something interesting and different each day. Longleat, quickly reached from our Swindon base, is the star attraction and we will have a long stay here, but there is something for everyone with a shopping trip to MacArthur Glen, a visit to STEAM, the museum of the GWR and a visit to Royal Windsor.
DOUBLETREE BY HILTON HOTEL, SWINDON ****
Our base for this short break is the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, on the outskirts of Swindon. The hotel has a gym & fitness centre, plus relax in Minsky’s Restaurant and Bar & Café Cino. All rooms are en-suite and have have wi-fi and air conditioning, tea and coffee making. The hotel has a lift.
