Cooley advised Reverence Capital Partners’ portfolio company Transact Campus, an innovative campus technology and payment solutions company, on a definitive agreement signed by Reverence Capital Partners to sell Transact to Roper Technologies for $1.6 billion.

Cooley advised Cents, the top all-in-one business management platform powering garment care small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), on its $40 million Series B financing, as well as its acquisition of Laundroworks, a hardware-based payments system powering how consumers pay for laundry at laundromats and shared laundry rooms within multifamily buildings, hotels, universities and more.

Cooley advised CareJourney, a preeminent provider of clinically relevant healthcare data and artificial intelligence-powered analytics and insights, on its acquisition by Arcadia, a top data platform for healthcare.

Cooley represented Uizard Technologies, a Copenhagen-based AI-powered product design platform for product teams, in its acquisition by Miro, an online collaborative whiteboard platform designed for distributed team collaboration. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
