As standard, all of our rib covers are made in 'WEATHERMAX80' fabric and stitched with 'TENARA' thread. This combination of fabric and thread will outlast anything that you have had before.
The durability of Weathermax80 fabric is on par with the Acrylic canvas. The lightweight quality of Weathermax80 makes it the perfect choice for Rib Covers. Furthermore, the Tenara thread used is guaranteed to last, ensuring excellent quality for a very long time.
In the cover making industry we know that covers will need to be re-stitched every 5-6 years. However the expected life of our Tenara thread is 15 years!

What's The Process For A Rib Cover?
Our team will visit your boat and produce a full size template to ensure a 100% satisfactory fit. We will then take that pattern back to our workshop, draw it out and transfer all over our markings onto the canvas of your choice; Acrylic Canvas, Odyssey or our most popular due to its durability and lightweight properties, Weathermax 80. It'll then be taken to our sewing machines and stitched together using our Tenara Thread which has a UV life of 10-15 years, opposed to conventional polyester thread which on average has a UV life of 6-8 years .
If requested, we will then take your cover back to your boat for fitting.
The same process applies to Jockey Seat Covers (single, double or multiple), Rear Bench Covers, Console Covers, or Console to Rear Beach / Jockey Seats and Rear Bench.
The overall winter covers have an extra drop to provide cover over the tubes. They come with fixed belly bands for when the boat is out of the water and on a trailer.
Mooring covers are fitted utilising, if available, the tear drop rubbing strip using rib hooks to allow easier fitting when on the water.
