Shipping Policy

All orders placed on crescentelectric.com are shipped to valid addresses within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, international locations, U.S. Territories, or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. To ensure same-day processing, please place your order before 3 p.m. CST.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Timeline

  • Non-Account Orders: All orders will ship complete, meaning we will only dispatch your order once all items are in stock. 

  • Account Customers: As a crescentelectric.com account holder, you have the option to choose partial shipments. In-stock items will be shipped or available for pick-up immediately, while backordered items will ship or be ready for pick-up once they are restocked.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. During checkout, you'll be prompted to choose a shipping option, and the corresponding shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your order. Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.

Order Status vs. Tracking Information

After your order departs from our warehouse, it will be managed by a shipping carrier (such as UPS or FedEx), who will provide tracking details. To view both your order status and tracking information, simply visit the My Account Dashboard in your online account.

Crescent Truck Delivery

For business account customers, we may offer Crescent Truck Delivery for orders containing hazardous or oversized items or when inventory is available at a nearby branch. This option will be visible during checkout when applicable. Crescent Truck Delivery is the preferred shipping method for items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Will Call Pickup

As a Crescent business account customer, you can also choose to pick up your order directly from your local branch. This may be the only available option for orders with hazardous or oversized items that cannot be shipped through standard carriers. The Will Call option will be available on the Address & Payment page during checkout.

Oversized Shipments

Please note that final freight charges may vary from those shown on the site. We reserve the right to select the most efficient and expedient shipping method. Shipping charges for oversized items and those drop-shipped from manufacturers may be billed separately, and the final freight charges will be provided on your invoice at the time of shipment.
