In FY24, Platinum Technology secured managed services agreements with several flagship organisations, including a global investment firm, a leading Asia Pacific asset investment firm, and one of Australia’s largest car dealerships. It onboarded its largest managed services client, which has approximately 2,000 staff. Platinum Technology also executed one of Australia’s largest SASE projects for an international client with operations across 70 offices.
Platinum Technology also established a dedicated enterprise network support practice, staffed with specialised architecture and support engineers.
It also onboarded new vendors, included Aruba, Fortinet, Archive360, Airlock, CrowdStrike, Darktrace, ForcePoint, IT Glue, Datto Quote Manager and Rewst. It became the ANZ Gold Professional Services Partner for Archive360 and launched a Copilot for M365 As a Service offering.
Platinum Technology told us that distributors’ sponsorship of roundtables, webinars, presentations and branded memorabilia enhanced the firm’s credibility and trust with new and existing clients.
