How Do Pre-Orders Work?

• Pre-order this Box and it will ship on the manufacturer's release date. (Estimated: January 15th, 2025)
• Manufacturer release dates are subject to change without notice. You will not be notified by us if the said release date changes.
• If you pre-order multiple items with different release dates, your items will not ship until the last item has been released.
• Released pre-sell ship either a few days before the release date to be delivered on release day or releases are shipped on release day. *Note this depends on when the manufacturer delivers the product to us.
• Your method of payment will be authorized once your order is submitted. Once your order is reviewed by customer service, your payment will be finalized. You are charged and billed before the release date.
• If a deposit is allowed and made, the remaining balance is due one week prior to the release date. Payment can be made by phone (1-888-440-9787) (Monday-Friday, 9 am- 5 pm EST). If you are using a credit card on file or paying via PayPal, you may just email us ([email protected]) and tell us to run the card again or send a PayPal request. You are more than welcome to make payment ahead of one week prior to the release date.
• Deposits for canceled orders are non-refundable and will be applied as a mandatory restocking fee.

What is the Dave and Adam's Pre-Order Guarantee?

If you pre-order a product from us and we lower the pre-order price, contact us, and we'll refund the difference! Contacting us is your responsibility. We also guarantee that all pre-orders will be fulfilled. Buy with confidence!

In the very rare occurrence that there is a production issue and a manufacturer is forced to cut production numbers, we will do our best to work with the customer to find the best possible solution. However, there may be certain instances beyond our control where we are unable to come to a solution.

What is an Upper Deck Authorized Internet Retailer?

Take confidence in buying new Upper Deck product from Dave and Adam's.

In the unlikely event there is a product issue with your box or case (damages,collations,missing cards, etc...) Upper Deck Customer Care will be able to assist you. If you purchase new Upper Deck product online from a non-authorized internet retailer Upper Deck will likely not be able to assist.

We are not authorized to sell this product to stores or re-sellers until the product has been out for 90 days.
