The Los Angeles Rams head coach and the Ukrainian model were spotted while out on a walk and jog on Thursday in Los Angeles.

Although the NFL has been in its off-season since the Super Bowl in February, commissioner Roger Goodell shut down team facilities and off-season workouts amid the outbreak of the virus in late March.

The couple kept it sporty in the fashion department during their stroll, with Coach McVay dressed in light grey shorts, a dark grey t-shirt and matching sneakers.

Flashing a big beaming smile, his ladylove went with black shorts with a white, sleeveless t-shirt and a white baseball cap over her long brown tresses.

The couple announced their engagement in June 2019. Coach McVay, 33, popped the question while the two were on holiday in the South Of France in Cannes.

They reportedly have been dating since 2011, when she was a student at George Mason University in Virginia and he was an assistant coach with the Washington Redskins.

McVay has a plan in store in the event on-field instructions can be resumed for a minicamp and eventual training camp.

'We kind of have a model that we will operate off of,' McVay said during a video conference call with reporters this past Tuesday, as reported by www.therams.com.

'A lot of it will be predicated on, what will be the parameters around that?'

The NFL kicked-off its first reopening phase on May 19, which includes allowing team facilities to open as along as the governing state and local regulations permit it. As of now no players or coaches can return just yet, with the exception of those who are rehabilitating injuries.

'When we do get back on the field, we'll probably have to onboard these guys in a smart way, where you can't just jump into it like what we would like to as coaches, just getting excited,' he added.

'So there will be a progressive build. We'll be ready to handle if we're able to to do anything, if we've got to accelerate our training camp.'

McVay led the Rams to the Super Bowl LIII in February 2019, in his second season with the team, but lost to the New England Patriots 13-3.
