Introducing Zebra Symmetry™ Fulfillment

The Zebra Symmetry™ Fulfillment ecosystem was created specifically to help you realize the full potential of AMR-assisted picking. A threefold strategy enables workers to pick more items in less time while reducing robot fleet sizes.

The Zebra Symmetry™ Fulfillment ecosystem was created specifically to help you realize the full potential of AMR-assisted picking. A threefold strategy enables workers to pick more items in less time while reducing robot fleet sizes:

  • Utilization Balance: Achieve more cost-effective accumulation by buffering with inexpensive carts, instead of additional robots or labor.
  • More Cubic Capacity: Carts eliminate AMR wait times and boost pick density, reducing your robot count by up to 30% compared to AMR solutions with integrated payloads while handling 150 to 300% more capacity.
  • Optimized Pick Paths: Workers and robots always have orchestrated work assignments. There's never a robot without a picker or a picker without a robot.

Symmetry is supported by the Team Intelligence methodology, exclusive to Zebra Robotics Automation, which enables workers to pick more items in less time by coordinating each picker with a team of robots in a precise, directed workflow. This innovative approach improves throughput, reduces cost per unit, and empowers operational decision-making.

Does your dream warehouse feel out of reach? Sounds like a problem that can be solved with SICK.

Identify goods right at the dock door, accurately sort them, seamlessly depalletize…this dream can be YOURS! And you can see it come to life at booth #S1247.

SICK's warehouse design showcases the technology you need to solve your automation challenges. What warehouse areas and challenges are we talking about? Well...

Receiving

Learn about our pallet classification system (PACS)—this automatically classifies pallets as they pass through the receiving door. Checking the pallet type helps prevent incorrect deposit payments for smooth pallet management.

Storage + handling

A palletizing and depalletizing operation may seem difficult to put together, but SICK offers turnkey systems so you can palletize and depalletize pallets of mixed SKUs in no time.

Sortation

Our vision technology helps facilitate sortation in many ways—with omni-directional code reading, bag-box classification, and inspection applications to detect anomalies, we know how important it is to quickly and accurately distinguish items in your warehouse.

Shipping + outbound

SICK has the complete RFID package to accurately track and verify goods. The Ident Gate System automatically identifies goods directly at the loading or unloading door based on shipping labels. This means materials are immediately checked in, eliminating an hours- or days-long lag from unloading.

What else is in your dream warehouse? Maybe...

  • Live asset tracking
  • Performance monitoring solutions
  • Comprehensive digitalization
  • Intelligent safety solutions

You can see these very applications and technologies [and more] in our booth at ProMat, where the warehouse comes to life. Come Solve it with SICK!
