Refund policy

The provision of goods and services by Depicta (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Depicta (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Orders that are paid for and cancelled before the order has been shipped will qualify you for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, you may return any item from your order to our warehouse within 14 days for a full refund, granted, the items arrive undamaged. The shipping costs associated with returning items to us are for your own expense.

If we send you incorrect or damaged items you are to let us know within 7 days at which point we will replace the damaged or incorrect items OR issue a refund for those items.
