Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Preamble: Proposals that are not mobile first will be rejected. Proposals must include a mobile design first, based on which the large screen version will be designed.

A leisure company that currently offers an escape room game and is building a second game is rapidly implementing a virtual reality gaming and experience service. 3 services in a physical location decorated as an alley with 3 different houses/neighbors/spaces.

We are looking to completely redesign our website.

The objective of the website is to sell to all audiences and represent what the customer will find in the physical store and the services offered.

The 3 services are:

- Virtual reality services: An experience agency that connects you with specific alternative universes/times in which to enjoy leisure time (in the style of the TIME STORIES board game).
- Escape room The madman has returned to grandma's house: Grandma's house where a madman lives who has escaped from the psychiatric hospital and has asked his relatives (the players) to come see him.
- Escape room Samurai: A traditional Japanese house of an ancient warrior. (under construction)

I plan to have a website design that covers all three services. Although I don't rule out a different design for each service to gamify/thematize/dramatize each of the services independently. One design for the home page, another for the crazy page, another for virtual reality and another design for the soon-to-open samurai.

We don't have to spoil the setting and content of our games with the use of photos of our experiences. We can use the photos provided to show the customer a general idea of what they will find. But many photos require applying filters, glosses or effects to avoid spoiling the details.

Photographs or photorealistic images that deceive or lie to the client by showing things that they will not find in our facilities may NOT be used. Images generated by artificial intelligence that are NOT photorealistic may be used.

## Physical escape room The crazy man has returned to grandma's house

The service has been in operation for years.

#### History

A relative has been in a psychiatric hospital for more than 20 years. The group of gamers are his only living relatives. They would visit him from time to time and play board games, but lately they have somewhat neglected him and have not gone to see him for about a year. Suddenly the madman contacts from his grandmother's house inviting them to come and see him there. How come he is at his grandmother's house and not in the psychiatric hospital?

The game takes place in Grandma's house/flat. Decorated with antique items, furniture, lamps, wall decorations, etc. and degradation caused by Ariel in her episodes of crisis, hallucinations painted on the walls, etc.

Concept in development

Experience agency (like a travel agency) with a cyberpunk aesthetic: high technology mixed with bad life and decadence. The idea is to convey that the agency has a decadent cyberpunk aesthetic but the experiences it offers are attractive and mind-blowing.

Idea: We connect you with the drugs produced by megacorporations like Meta, Google, etc.

I plan to decorate the premises in a decadent way, mixing it with neon lights and the infrastructure necessary for virtual reality (virtual reality glasses, electronic devices, cables, etc.).

#### Service

Specific experiences will be sold, not cybercafe-style playtime.

The client will hire and enjoy a main experience (or pack) and once finished it will be complemented with secondary experiences until reaching 60 minutes.

Mainly, experiences will be offered based on environment exploration, shooting games and escape rooms.

Two categories of experiences will be offered: standard and superior with superior graphics and 4D effects.

#### Quick advance purchase

To avoid cart abandonment in a long booking process in which groups have to confirm the number of players and agree on a day and time, we want to offer the possibility of quickly purchasing a fixed-value deposit by requesting the minimum amount of data possible: an email address and a means of payment. In practice, this deposit is a small-value gift voucher. After purchasing it, customers must complete the entire purchase process.
