Shipping policy
We try to ship orders the same day they are received (if before 2:00pm CST) but some orders may take 24 to 72 hours to process.
If your shipping and billing addresses are different there will be a delay in processing your order while we contact you to verify it. If the value of the order is too high or we can not verify your shipping address, we will only be able to ship to your billing address. Please call us right away after placing an order if you would like your order processed faster with a different address. Your shipping address must be on file with your credit card company for us to process your order.
We use UPS and USPS to ship our orders. You can choose which carrier you would like during the checkout process. If you choose FREE Shipping then we will choose which carrier to use.
NOTE: Orders placed after 2:00pm Central Time will most likely ship the next business day. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays where the post office is closed.
We only process orders Monday through Friday. The first day is not included in the estimate. Example: If your order ships out on a Tuesday the first day is Wednesday, the second is Thursday, etc... If you place an order it will most likely ship within 24 - 72 hours. If you place an order after 2pm Central Standard Time (CST), the earliest your order would ship out would be the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. If there are any delays we will contact you within 48 hours.
Saturday and Sunday and not counted as shipping days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. UPS does not ship or deliver on Holidays.
The UPS and USPS Service Guarantee and delivery time estimate does not apply when delays are due to causes beyond their control, such as the disruption of air or ground transportation networks. Delays can be caused by weather related incidents and there are no refunds on shipping charges if this happens. USPS transit times are estimates, NOT guarantees.
Our items may require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We only sell products to those that are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must purchase and sign for delivery on the item.
We will only ship to the address that is listed with your credit card company. Usually this is where your credit card statements are sent to. You can call your credit card company and have more than one address listed on your account. Giving us an address that is different from what is on file with your credit card company may delay and/or cause cancellation of your order.
