Scott Wadyko (right), and other personnel assigned to the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command’s command operations center, plan, direct, synchronize, coordinate and monitor global surface movements and port operations through subordinate operational commands and strategic seaports. The COC maintains operational oversight of all SDDC operations. Toles is a transportation officer assigned to the COC Battle Staff, and Wadyko is the Battle Staff team chief.
