SALTED PISTACHIO TAHINI FREEZER FUDGE
This sweet and salty no-bake freezer fudge tastes like cookie dough and makes for the yummiest summer treat. With vegan chocolate chips, pistachios for a salty crunch, hints of vanilla and sea salt flakes, the flavour is unique and satisfying. The meltaway texture is everything you want a rich fudge to be!
Makes 12 squares
■ Tahini 250ml
■ Coconut oil 60ml, melted
■ Maple syrup 1tbsp
■ Liquid stevia 1-2 dropperfuls (or 1 more tbsp of maple syrup)
■ Vanilla extract 1tsp
■ Sea salt ¼ tsp, plus more for sprinkling on top
■ Vegan chocolate chips 3 tbsp
■ Pistachios 3 tbsp
