    Readers find this title to be a rollercoaster ride through forgotten history. Despite some inconsistencies and slow start, the book provides overwhelming evidence and opens the mind to new possibilities. It is considered as good as any book on the subject, if not the best. Some reviewers criticize it as pseudo religion and brain pollution, but overall, it is worth reading for the excellent information it offers.

      pretty good, but there are inconsistencies that Tellinger definitely glosses over to make a point. He asserts the Annunaki were white skinned, the Aryans were the inheritors of civilization, likewise was Jesus, and that Africans were always and only enslaved to the Annunaki, but glosses over well known and established historical and genetic facts like the dark skinned Nilotic peoples who most resemble the face of Abu Hul the Sphinx and pharoah busts and ancient Egyptian depictions of themselves prior to the greek and persian invasions. Or the stone built civilizations in S Africa. Or that hypo-melanated organisms (white skin) cannot produce hypermelanated (melanin rich dark skinned) organisms. This may be why the late, great Vusumazulu Credo Mutwa said Tellinger was a rascist and got many things wrong in this book.

      Despite this, I think Tellinger's portrayal of the Annunaki contribution to human creation and early history is compelling in that it contextualizes biblical lore in a more sensible way. The only other oversight that I would have liked addressed are the presence of dinosaurs and did the Annunaki also create an intelligent humanoid reptilian species prior to Adamu

      Too much politics. Too much endless droning and repetition. Book doesn’t flow with any discernible meaning. He jumps all over the place and sources are not credible.

      A very interesting approach to a story of man. It makes some intriguing connections and challenges our preconceptions. Clearly a lot of time and research was put into this, although Tellinger does not have an educational background in the topic and it sometimes shows through. In the end, I did not fully agree with his conclusions, but it certainly gave me a lot to consider. If you're looking for an easy to read book that raises some interesting questions but is sometimes based on inaccuracies or misinformation, this could be a good book for you. I recommend it for those who like to be challenged but are able to take things with a grain of salt.
