      So helpful for myself to learn and grow. I don’t have much to apply it too. A few of my clients, marriage, friends and family. I will learn how to stay out of the box as much as possible. If you like to grow this is such An amazing approach Self focused thank you for this book! Going on to outward mindset after this. Already read anatomy of peace years ago. But will re read after outward mindset !

      Wow! What a way to frame getting out of selfish thinking and being for the sake of experiencing desired results. This was recommended to me as a reading for recovery and boy is it relevant.
