Every day I strive to motivate and inspire other people to become better leaders, overcome their fear of change and the unknown, in order to keep moving forward every single day in pursuit of their personal and professional goals and dreams. My work is based on many years of trial and error experiences in the field of personal and professional development, overcoming many obstacles, dealing with challenges and failures and, of course, celebrating wins and accomplishments along the way. If you ask me what do I know about experiencing and overcoming challenges in life, I will tell you that immigrating to United States at the age of 14, without speaking a single word of English when rest of your family depends on you, while attending school with requirement to learn the language and to graduate in 3 years without knowing where to begin, that's what my life was like over 20 years ago.view less
