More recently she has written several histories the most recent being Wellington’s Right Hand, Rowland Viscount Hill about one of Wellington’s most successful generals; A Very Canny Scot, Daniel Campbell of Shawfield and Islay is a biography of a very successful Scot who was a signatory to the Act of Union in 1707. She has also written numerous articles many for History Scotland and also for France magazine from a period when she lived in France.view less
