    Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes

    Nutritional Facts: Calories 132, Total Fat 3.6 g, Carbohydrates 2.8 g, Protein 19 g

    Ingredients

    6 large eggs

    1 red onion, medium in size, finely chopped

    1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

    1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

    2 cups broccoli, coarsely chopped

    3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

    A healthy pinch of salt

    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

    ¼ tsp pepper

    Directions
