      The world is saturated with self-help authors, life and business coaches, motivational speakers and mentors. I was cautious while writing this book, not to fall under this bracket for good reasons. True self-help leaders have real-life stories to share and evidence to show how they overcame obstacles and challenges in their pursuit of reaching set goals.

      Nobody Else Has to Fall is a heart-to-heart memoir that shines a light on my humble beginnings and more importantly, it showcases various stages of my development in life, business and family. I talk about my marriage, finances, family. I share the highs, lows and great falls I faced while building a multimillion-pound business and also juggling the school run.

      In the early 70s, as a girl, I was described as someone who will never amount to anything. But, I refused to let my past dictate who I was going to become. Today, I am one of London’s leading childcare providers leading over seventy-five people from my Greenwich Head Quarters, a life-coach,  and mentor. Recently, I launched a foundation that supports over 150 children and women.

      After falling from a ladder in my beloved HQ, I was incapacitated and unable to work for months. I share the agony of these months and some tips that kept my business alive while I was bed bound.

      ABOUT THE AUTHOR

      Caroline Muibat Popoola is a multi-talented entrepreneur with a natural flair for business development and leadership. She is the founder and managing director of Alpha Chains Limited and Alpha Childcare Limited, a highly regarded organisation with a reputation for excellent childcare facilities and services. 

      She worked with Lloyds of London and other insurance companies in the United Kingdom for twelve years before she started her own business and left full time employment.

      Caroline’s love for providing solutions to immediate needs inspired her to start her first childcare business in 2004.  After the success of her first set-up, she now presides over thirteen childcare centers all over Greater London.
