    I am a retired accountant in Hong Kong. I have spent more than 40 years studying market trends for Gold and Dow Jones Industrial Averages (proxy for US economy) using planetary patterns for correlations.       SECTION 01: BASIC ASTRONOMY

      There are 9 planets in the Solar System. Their influences are marked.

      Within the Solar System is the Sun-Jupiter System.

      There are numerous tiny asteroids 60⁰ ahead and 60⁰ behind Jupiter in Jupiter’s orbit. They are Jupiter Fore Trojans (Jup FT, L4 in front) and Jupiter Aft Trojans (Jup AT, L5 behind). The Jupiter Trojans are recession asteroids. When Jupiter Trojans are intensely de-stabilized, world economy suffers recession and stocks nose-dive.

      Planetary influences

      Bearish: Jupiter, Jupiter Fore Trojans (Jup FT) & Jupiter Aft Trojans (Jup AT).

      Bullish: Mars, Saturn and Pluto.

      Mars and Saturn are sharply bullish.

      Pluto is only slightly bullish because it is too small and too far away from us.

      Neutral: Mercury and Venus

      They can be slightly positive under specific conditions.

      Neutral: The Sun, the Earth, Uranus and Neptune.

      In addition to the 9 planets, we must add the North Node. which is treated as a planet in analysis.

      Lunar Node

      The moon's nodes are not physical planetary bodies but the points of intersection between the Sun’s apparent orbital path around the earth (the ecliptic), and the Moon’s orbital path around the earth.

      The ascending (or north) node is where the Moon moves into the northern ecliptic hemisphere, while the descending (or south) node is where the Moon enters the southern ecliptic hemisphere.

      The Lunar Node is neutral by itself. When the Lunar Node allies itself with a bullish planet, the bullish influence is enhanced. When it allies itself with a bearish planet, the bearish influence is augmented similarly.

      The positions of Lunar Node appear on geocentric Ephemeris (but not on heliocentric Ephemeris). We plot the North Node only – it is understood that the South Node is exactly 180⁰ opposite to the North Node.
