Our DNA is the gun we’re born with, the trigger is pulled by our environment, physical, emotional, past present. It’s called our Epigenetics. Every single thing we see, hear, feel makes an impact on our lives and on our health. This week on The Wellness Way With Philly J Lay, we’re looking at our DNA, the building blocks of our bodies.

DNA is coiled around proteins, these proteins are the markers which single to activate or deactivate our genes. These markers make our epigenetics and cause the DNA to coil more tightly around the protein so that the genes cannot be read.
