Description
James Hollis is a Jungian psychoanalyst, author, and public speaker. After gaining a PhD from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey in 1967 he worked for 26 years as a lecturer in the Humanities. In 1977 he retrained as a Jungian psychoanalyst at the C. G. Jung Institute, in Zürich, Switzerland. For many years he was Executive Director of the Jung Educational Center in Houston, Texas and was the Executive Director of the Jung Society of Washington until 2019. He still runs a private practice as a Jungian psychoanalyst in Washington, D.C. and is the author of 16 books. One of his books, Under Saturn's Shadow, focuses on the psychology of men, which is what we talk about today.
