For this episode we interview Dr. Joe LaVacca, DPT and owner of Strength In Motion Physical Therapy based out of Manhattan, NY. Together with his girlfriend, Courtney Conley, Joe has recently started teaching a course all over the world called Top Down Bottoms Up! The course focuses on the importance of understanding function and assessment of the lower quarter of the body followed by joint by joint treatment and different intervention strategies. Joe also teaches consistently for RockTape all while having his own practice in the city! Joe is also certified in Functional Range Conditioning and Functional Range Release Therapy.
