"Overall, we had a really great stay and so we would definitely recommend. I would not hesitate in booking again. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, beds were so comfortable (major plus), rooms were clean, spacious and well laid out. One of our suites was slightly dated compared to the other, but honestly, that was not a problem. Half our party got the slightly noisier end of the corridor and a room with quite thin walls while the other room was lovely and quiet. While staff are very attentive to guest needs and requests (thank you) it would be nice to not have to keep asking for basics such as cutlery, mugs and a kettle. These probably could be provided as standard as the suite includes a kitchenette (that was our only bug-bear). Breakfast was fine although some items are chargeable (sausages) and I would advise going across the road to Steve-o-Renos if you’re after for a great cup of coffee. There are facilities for doing own laundry (cheaply), a tuck shop and free bureau facility for printing boarding passes etc which was much appreciated. Location is great, within walking distance of harbour front, restaurants, shopping and Scotiabank Centre. We really enjoyed our stay here, so as first time visitors to Halifax you have a big thumbs up from us. Thank you Cambridge Suites staff, for your very kind hospitality. "
