Great staff, great location. Thank you for the upgrade to a wonderful room! Only thing confusing me is the ad talks about pool bar etc, but does not mention no alcohol. Not a big deal but odd for Bangkok. Also,thank you for the free minibar! ( also alcohol free)

The big plus for the property is the location and convenience. The breakfast buffet has good/reasonable varierty of food for a 5 stars hotel. However, it is dated and way below the 5 stars standards in comparison to its peers. The washing machine is not working! Staff helpful and formerly. Well I stay there again?!

Great location (right next to BTS and MRT, on top of Terminal 21). Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that bothers me is they didn’t give us new toiletries and toilet paper, after they came to clean our room. We ran out of soap/shampoo/toilet paper after 2 days. We had to call the front desk one night to get new toiletries and toilet paper.
