The room was very clean and homely. Good breakfast and selection. Great to have free available parking. Well located to access Whitby town and all the usual tourist spots (although a few hills to navigate!). Would definitely stay again! "

"The service, Julia was a wonderful host, and gave me an upgraded room which was lovely and en-suite. This was an extremely good, and professional thing to do, as the property, was empty of guests at the time. The breakfasts were fine, and on-time, and Julia and Paul were excellent hosts, who recommended a great place for a meal, and supplied my own keys, as well as treating me to an Hot Chocolate.
