"We loved this hotel but booking through Expedia caused us to not be able to prebook our room so we were stuck on a lower level. It was very cold when we were there so my husband and I were running inside and when we were security demanded a room card from my husband. It seemed abrupt and no apology came after my husband pulled our room card out. The hotel was beautiful but time square is very loud so bring ear plugs "
